De SZW Mobile Tracker app voor Android smartphones verzamelt tijdens de zeilwedstrijden locatiegegevens en stuurt die door naar de server van het Track&Trace systeem. Dit is alleen van toepassing als de app door de schipper op het systeem is geregistreerd met een door de organisatie van de wedstrijd verstrekte, unieke registratiecode. NB gedurende de wedstrijd worden de locatiegegevens ook op de achtergrond doorgestuurd als de app is afgesloten. Het doorsturen van locatiegegevens kan te allen tijde worden gestopt door op de app de registratie te wissen.
Buiten de wedstrijden worden geen locatiegegevens verzameld. Door de app met een registratiecode te activeren, gaat de schipper akkoord met het verzamelen van deze gegevens.
De app bevat geen advertenties en is niet bedoeld voor kinderen onder de 13 jaar oud.

The SZW Mobile Tracker App for Android Smartphones collects location data during the sailing races and forwards it to the server of the track & trace system. This only applies if the app is registered by the skipper on the system with a unique registration code provided by the organization of the race. NB During the race, the location data will continue to be forwarded in the background, if the app is closed. The forwarding of location data can be stopped at any time by deleting the registration on the app.
No location data is collected outside the races. By activating the app with a registration code, the skipper agrees to collect this data.
There are no ads in the app and the app is not targeted at children under 13 years old.
